1. Permission to use
When you obtain Corner Notes through an official distribution channel authorized
by Juan Badillo, you are granted a non-exclusive license to install and use it
on Macs you own or control, subject to these terms. This is a license to use
the software, not a transfer of its intellectual property rights.

2. No unauthorized resale or redistribution
Without prior written permission from Juan Badillo, you may not resell,
sublicense, redistribute, repackage, mirror, or upload Corner Notes, its source
code, app bundle, or installers to another website, marketplace, file-sharing
service, or distribution channel. You may not include it in another product
or remove its copyright and licensing notices. These restrictions apply except
where applicable law requires otherwise. Share a link to the official website
instead of sharing copies of the software. Personal backup copies are permitted.

3. Your content and third-party materials
You retain ownership of your notes, recordings, and other content. These
restrictions do not prevent you from exporting or sharing your own content.
Third-party components and imported fonts remain subject to their respective
licenses; this license does not replace those licenses or restrict rights they
grant. A donation does not grant resale, redistribution, or sublicensing rights.

4. Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by
applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Juan Badillo is not liable for
indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Nothing in
this license excludes rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be
excluded.
